Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using HS Enterprise and any Seehusen Group services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

HS Enterprise provides AI-assisted music creation tools, educational content (Rebel Academy), business analytics (Empire Dashboard), and related services. The music generation tools use procedural audio synthesis algorithms — they do not use external AI model APIs.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per person — biometric verification is used to prevent duplicate accounts
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Biometric Data Consent

During registration, you may be asked to provide biometric face data. This is optional for service access but required for Face ID login functionality. By providing biometric data, you consent to:

  • Collection and storage of a mathematical face hash (not a photograph)
  • Use of this data solely for identity verification
  • Local-only storage on your device (data is not transmitted to servers)

You may withdraw consent and delete your biometric data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Manipulate skill tracking or XP systems

6. Intellectual Property

  • Music created using our tools belongs to you
  • The HS Enterprise platform, code, and design are owned by Seehusen Group
  • Educational content in Rebel Academy is provided for personal learning use only

7. Limitation of Liability

HS Enterprise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of our services. Since data is stored locally in your browser, we cannot guarantee data persistence — clearing browser data will result in account data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
